Troubleshooting the Grease Gun


Many technicians and users often have questions about loading and using a grease gun. Furthermore, over time, the device begins to problems, which typically involve the formation of air pockets in the fat. This hinders the flow of grease from the device. However, there are many tips you can use to overcome these problems. These tips are mainly used for popular brands including grease gun: National Spencer, Alemite, Lincoln and Graco guns.

Regardless of whether you are using a hand gun, pneumatic or pasta with food, make sure it is charging correctly. Typically, manual grease guns can be loaded using replacement cartridges. For this task:
· Start by removing the cylinder head and pushes aside for locking the same.
· Now remove the plugs provided on both sides of the cartridge and insert the cartridge into the priming to the gun barrel.
