VoIP Between On Premise and Hosted Systems…

Unlike hosted VoIP service provider customizes each deployment according to the needs of the organization
The internal company staff is consulted frequently by requests for comment during updates and reports
Many providers offer unique value added services through the use of custom applications to monitor and productivity

Some companies may prefer managed VoIP because it gives them a sense of control to have hardware in your office and not in the cloud. While this type of service contracts are more expensive than a hosted subscription service , it is still cheaper than buying equipment and deploying its own network. Yet hosted VoIP offers some advantages :

Increase / decrease in the ability to match the changing seasons is easier
Subscription model means that the lines can be added or modified when necessary because the team does not have to change
Companies do not have to worry about the security of hardware and no team in their offices than the phones themselves

Both hosted and managed facilities in VoIP promises to take the hassle of maintaining networks for their customers. The greater degree of control and customization that provides managed VoIP is attractive to many companies whose needs to deviate from the norm. In general, however, hosted VoIP is preferred by many small and medium enterprises, because it costs less , is easier to handle and prefer not to have the equipment on site .
